WILLIAM'S CHRISTMAS EXPERIENCE 2024
Step into a magical world this Christmas for a full day of creating memorable family fun and traditions.
Our Christmas experience is like no other. It’s a place for the whole family to gather together and celebrate the joys of the festive season, with a little something, special for everyone.
To plan your day with us...
The initial time you book is for your visit to Father Christmas. The next choice is for your show time. Please book a showtime place for every person.
Regardless of your chosen times you can be with us from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm.
Other activities will run throughout the day so allow at least 4 hours to fully enjoy your day with us.
Your ticket includes:
- A visit to Father Christmas
- Make magical memories and capture the moment with a festive family photo. Children on the nice list will receive a token to spend in our own specially created Toy Shop*.
- William's Magical Christmas Show
- This year's enchanting show is filled with festive cheer and dazzling performances that you’ve grown to love from the talented William’s Den Team.
- Choose a Christmas Gift from our specially created Toy Shop*
- All participating children can exchange their token for a toy of their choice.
- "Bauble ‘ze’ Baker" has been busy baking delicious gingerbread for you to decorate.
- Decorate a homemade gingerbread biscuit*
- Bauble hasn’t forgotten the grown-ups too. So you'll get one of her famous mince pies and a warming tipple!
- The Giant Snow Globe returns!**
- Capture the real magic of Christmas in a picture perfect moment. Gather the family together and enter a magical scene in our Snow Globe. Matching outfits are optional!
- Plus, a Free return Adventure Play voucher for all participating children*
- Marshmallows for toasting around our fire pit*
- Discover our Christmas Tree Trail
- Not forgetting Play All Day in our amazing indoor adventure Den, with no time restrictions.
- Build a special Teddy is also available**
