Your commitment to us

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between William's Den and yourself.

You agree to abide by the Play Policy.

For the purpose of entry, adults are aged 18+ and children are aged 3-17. Children under 3 may enjoy access to Williams Den at a lower price, which is displayed on the website. Babies under 12 months can be free at certain times of the year. Our entry prices & ages are stated at the time of booking.

Prices

Prices are inclusive of VAT. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.

Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations

Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations.

Ticket Amendments | Book with Confidence

We understand that family plans can change. Our Book with Confidence promise gives you added flexibility when booking your visit. Under our Book with Confidence promise:

• Bookings may be transferred to another available date before your scheduled visit.
• Changes are subject to availability and must be for the same ticket type.
• An administration fee applies to each booking amendment.
• To amend your booking online, you must have created a DigiTickets account when making your original booking.
• If your new visit date is more expensive than your original booking, the difference in price must be paid at the time of the amendment. No refunds or credit will be given where the new booking is of a lower value.
• Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Bookings cannot be amended after the date of your original visit has passed.
• William's Den reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Book with Confidence promise at any time.

Online Booking

Once purchased, online tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold.

Any discounts or offers online are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person. Multiple offer codes or discounts cannot be applied to the same booking. 

Please bring along your booking reference number and/or email printout.

Prices are correct at the time of going to press and are subject to change without notification.

William's Den reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse admission to the site, ban entry to the site or remove from the site any visitor.

No child will be admitted to William's Den unless they are accompanied by an adult who shall be 18 years or over, and such child or children whilst on site must remain under the control or supervision of an adult at all times.

William's Den entry Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable. 

If you need assistance amending your ticket, then this can be requested during business hours by emailing us at [email protected] (Changes requested via other channels or social media messaging are not allowed). Changes are subject to availability, not guaranteed, and an amendment fee will apply, plus any upgrade payment. Note: Some special events are not applicable for ticket changes.

Amendments. William's Den reserve the right at all times to introduce new terms and/or to vary or amend an existing term (including, without limitation, change the existing fees or introduce new fees) by giving you reasonable notice thereof on the Website or by whatever means we, in accordance with applicable legislation, deem appropriate at that time. 

Williams Den welcomes all visitors and is committed to providing an inclusive environment for individuals, families, and organised groups. Bookings are open to all members of the public, including (but not limited to) schools, nurseries, youth organisations, and community groups such as Scouts and Guides.

Admissions & Group Bookings Policy

Williams Den is an inclusive venue open to families, schools, and organised groups (including schools). Group visits may take place during general admission sessions, and exclusive use of the facilities is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in advance.

All visitors are admitted subject to these Terms & Conditions. Group organisers are responsible for appropriate supervision and compliance with venue guidelines at all times.

Williams Den reserves the right to manage admissions and bookings to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
