General Terms and Conditions
Your commitment to us
When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between William's Den and yourself.
You agree to abide by the Play Policy.
For the purpose of entry, adults are aged 18+ and children are aged 3-17. Children under 3 may enjoy access to Williams Den at a lower price which is displayed on the website. Babies under 12 months can be free at certain times of the year. Our entry prices & ages are stated at the time of booking.
Prices are inclusive of VAT. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.
Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations.
Ticket Changes Tickets can be amended in your customer account, head to our ticket page and use the person icon on the top right of the ticket page, log into your account and make your changes. Admin fees apply.
Inability to visit due to illness/incident
You can now amend your tickets in your Digiticket customer account, by visiting the ticket page and accessing your account via the person icon on the top right of the page. Admin fees apply.
Once purchased online tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold.
Any discounts or offers online are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person.
Please bring along your booking reference number and/or email printout.
Prices are correct at the time of going to press and are subject to change without notification.
William's Den reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse admission to the site, ban entry to the site or remove from the site, any visitor.
No child will be admitted to William's Den unless they are accompanied by an adult who shall be 18 years or over and such child or children whilst on site must remain under the control or supervision of an adult at all times.
William's Den entry Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-changeable without making a customer account in Digitickets.
If you need any assistance amending your ticket this can be requested during business hours by emailing us at [email protected] (Changes requested via other channels or social media messaging are not allowed).
Terms & Conditions William's Den E-Gift Vouchers & Gift Cards
Gift Card / E-Voucher duration. All Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.
Use of promotional codes. Promotional codes or any passes or memberships cannot be used in conjunction with gift vouchers.
Email (e-vouchers) by Digitickets. Email e-vouchers shall be provided free of charge to the email address provided at the point of purchase. A copy of the e-voucher will include your unique 16-digit code that can be used (omitting any hyphens).
This is pasted or added into the Voucher Code box on our Ticket checkout page in order to redeem the voucher. Vouchers can be used to a zero value.
Postal Gift Cards. There are additional costs associated with the provision of physical postal gift vouchers. Such costs are added to the voucher cost and shall be paid at the point of purchase. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery of a postal gift voucher.
Delivery of Gift Cards. Postal Gift Cards are not available at the moment.
We recommend that if the date of your Gift voucher is urgent then please use our instant e-voucher option.
Gift E-Voucher & Gift card redemption. Availability on the day cannot be guaranteed therefore we recommend that all Tickets should be pre-booked.
E-Vouchers Redemption. E-vouchers can be redeemed by using our Ticket page and adding the 16-digit voucher code into the voucher code box in the top right of our ticket booking page.
Physical Gift Card Redemption. Gift Cards with the prefix WDG - can be used to reserve Adventure Play tickets in advance - by using the "Book with Gift Card Ticket" (The last ticket under adults & Children).
Please add your required number of people to reserve your places (regardless of age) then check out for free (ignoring the e-voucher code box) this will generate a ticket and booking reservation. We will redeem your physical gift card on the day you visit so please bring your gift card with you.
Gift & E-Voucher Credit Balance. If the ticket/purchase cost is greater than the value of your gift card, then you can pay the balance by credit/debit card. If the cost of your ticket/purchase is less than your gift card value - then the balance will remain on the card for you to use again until the credit has been used.
E-vouchers online. Can be used on any *ticketed event on our Ticket Page - but are unsuitable for use on purchases in William's Den at our Ice Cream Parlour and Pizzeria & Coffee shop.
Physical Gift Cards. Can be used on any *ticketed event on our Ticket Page, plus they are valid for other purchases in William's Den - At William's Pizzeria & Coffee Shop & Ice Cream Parlour.
*Ticketed events are our William's Den play entry Tickets only. Our Camping bookings are separate products and are not bookable using gift vouchers.

Refunds. All Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or credit will be given for any unused vouchers.
Amendments. Wiliam's Den reserve the right at all times to introduce new terms and/or to vary or amend an existing term (including, without limitation, change the existing fees or introduce new fees) by giving you at least one month’s notice thereof on the Website or by whatever means we, in accordance with applicable legislation, deem appropriate at that time.
Card/E-voucher Restrictions. The following Card limits will apply:
Minimum Load Amount £10
Maximum Load Amount £100
The amount you pay onto the Card must be in multiples of £1.
The Gift Card/E-voucher belongs to William's Den. We may, at our reasonable discretion and without prior notice to you, restrict the use or operation of the Card in circumstances where:
You are in breach of this Agreement
We have reasonable grounds to suspect unauthorised use of the Card/e-voucher, fraud, theft or dishonesty; or we have any legal, regulatory or other objectively justifiable reason. In such circumstances, we will be entitled to take such steps as we consider reasonably necessary to:
Block the use or operation of the Card; Refuse to allow or authorise a Card Transaction;
Suspend, restrict or terminate your right to use the Card;
Withdraw the Card.
Lost or stolen vouchers. Lost, stolen or destroyed e-vouchers & physical gift cards will not be exchanged or refunded. We recommend that you take good care of your gift /e-voucher and treat it like cash.
