A full day of festive fun! Join us from 9.30am. We're open all day until 5.30pm.
Our Christmas Experience is like no other – a place for the whole family to come together, celebrate the season and discover something special for everyone. A full day out where traditions are made and memories last a lifetime.
Planning Your Day
- The time you book is for your visit to Father Christmas.
- However, your ticket gives you access to the whole day, from 9:30am – 5:30pm.
- To enjoy everything on offer, we recommend allowing at least 4 hours.
- Last entry is 2:00pm (or 12:30pm on Christmas Eve) to make sure you can complete the full experience.
Your Ticket Includes
A Visit to Father Christmas –
Gather in our cosy woodland lodge for jolly fun with Father and Mother Christmas!
You’ll join other families for some seasonal cheer before enjoying your special family photo.
Children on the nice list will receive a token to spend in the William's Den Toy Shop*.
William's Magical Christmas Show – a brand-new performance full of holiday cheer and dazzling moments.
Choose a Toy – children can exchange their token for a gift of their choice in our Toy Shop*.
Decorate Gingerbread – join Bauble ‘ze’ Baker to decorate a delicious homemade biscuit*. Adults won’t miss out either, enjoy one of Bauble’s famous mince pies and a warming tipple.
The Giant Snow Globe Returns – step inside a picture-perfect winter scene with the whole family**. Matching Christmas jumpers optional!
Marshmallow Toasting – cosy up at the fire pit with a sweet seasonal treat*.
Write a Letter to Father Christmas – in our Magical Post Office.
Free Return Voucher – every participating child receives a return Adventure Play voucher*.
Play All Day – enjoy unlimited time in our indoor Adventure Den.
